Who we are

Hiddening operates hiddening.com. We provide self-guided WhatsApp scavenger hunt experiences in Norwich and Cambridge. Our contact email is hello@hiddening.com.

What data we collect

When you make a purchase, Stripe processes your payment and we receive only your email address (to resend downloads if needed) and the product purchased. We do not store card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.

If you sign up to our newsletter, we store your email address for the purpose of sending you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we store your name and email address to respond to your enquiry.

How we use your data

We use your data only for the purposes it was collected: processing your order, sending your download link, and (if subscribed) sending the occasional newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
